She was a pretty cute girl. It was revealed that her mother begged Wong to save Chan who was dying. By doing so she made Chan into a Black Blood. Chan got to play with Kotarou in episode 3 for a bit, when he made a couple of paper airplanes for her.

However she was bit by a Kowloon Child, Tsang, and fell under his control. He made her hold Kotarou hostage, and even hit him on command. Tsang also used her as a Shield several times, and the last time Wong shot her with a silver bullet, freeing her for his control, however ending her life in the process. Wong held her Chan in her arms until she turned to dust. u__u Wong buried her ashes within the Special Zone.
